Daypack  Essentials for travel! (what happens if they loose your luggage?)

• Small back pack to carry the following items:

• Passport (if traveling overseas)

• Paper copy of passport or photo on your phone

• Covid-19 Immunization card. (have photo copy loaded on your phone)

• Covid-19 masks 3 each (have lighter mask for long flights)

• Travel visa-check requirements before you go

• Reservation printouts/paper copy; hotel/car/event tickets

• Reusable water bottle (fill after going thru security)

• iPad or tablet

• Cell phone & power cords

• Plug adapter for country you are going to. (Italy has 2 types of two prong adapters needed)

• Travel pillow and blanket

• Quick access pull out bag (grab before sitting in your aircraft seat) includes: earbuds, ear plugs, sleeping mask, playing cards, pen flashlight, tissue pack, bandana (doubles for mask), reusable Ziploc plastic bags, pen, paper, playing cards, iPad and cell phone power cords and battery pack with phone cord, universal power adapter, disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer.

• Amenities kit: pill box w/medication and other essentials, eye drops, shaving items, toothbrush, toothpaste, band aides, first aid ointment, tweezer, Q-tips, deodorant, make-up, small bar soap, comb

 Clothing checklist: (just in case of lost luggage or major aircraft delay) 

• Lightweight/Rain jacket

• Sweatpants or jeans

• T-shirt

• Extra socks and underwear

• Flip flops or light footwear

• Travel towel (many international airports have showers)

• Pajamas

Miscellaneous items:

• Camera

• Book

• Sunglasses and/or reading glasses

• Whistle

• Cash and extra credit card (know your pin number to draw cash)

Out the door checklist:

• Stop the mail

• Run dishwasher 2 hours before leaving home

• Set thermostat to desired temp and place on (hold)

• Empty trash, do not leave inside the home or garage (trust me)

• Turn off water supply to major appliances

• Is autopay set up on all your bills for extended travel time?
